    Alain Cadoret has nearly 20 years of experience in business financing and coaching.

    He is on many boards of directors and has guided numerous entrepreneurs through the start-up process. Building on his experience in financial management, he is recognized throughout Québec for his skills in entrepreneurship and innovation. Known for his vision and his distinctive personalized approach to coaching, he works to advance the companies in his business network.

    At the head of AG-Bio Centre since April 2007, Alain is recognized as a creative leader in the greater Quebec City business community.

    Stéphane Moirand is known for creating business development strategies and marketing approaches adapted to start-ups. He has guided more than forty companies through process of drafting business plans, preparing financial projections and seeking financing.

    With broad expertise and versatility, he is able to coach entrepreneurs throughout their development.

    He holds an MBA in Management from Université Laval and a master’s degree in economic and social administration from the University of Western Ontario. Stéphane has been part of the AG-Bio Centre team since 2011.

    Julie Daigle is responsible for marketing and promotions at AG-Bio Centre. A marketing specialist, she assists client companies in their marketing efforts. She has 19 years of expertise in marketing and international market development for companies in the biotechnology, food processing and horticultural sectors. Focused on the needs of tomorrow, international marketing, networking and open innovation, Julie stresses a creative market-centred approach in her development strategies. She holds degrees in biology and management from the Université du Québec à Rimouski, the University of Victoria (BC) and the Rajamangala Institute of Technology in Bangkok.

    Valérie Kérouac joined the AG-Bio Centre team in 2009. With over 15 years of experience in human resource management at several SMEs, she also holds a college degree in accounting. An entrepreneur herself, she is familiar with the reality of the incubator’s client companies.

    Responsible for orientation of new clients, Valérie guides them through the process and provides intake support. She conducts administrative follow-up of each company, coordinates and plans the incubator’s activities and manages the building.

    A scientist and entrepreneur, Marc Purcell has over 18 years of experience in health product development (food supplements, cosmetics, natural health products and pharmaceuticals). In recent years, he has taken part in numerous business projects and initiated several projects that have led to the commercialization of innovative products.

    Marc is recognized by his peers for his versatility, critical thinking and experience in starting biotech companies as well as his broad scientific knowledge. He is thus well-positioned to thoroughly evaluate the needs of start-ups and other companies in order to provide valuable assistance and guidance.

    Marc completed his postdoctoral training in molecular biology at Harvard University. He also holds a master’s degree and a doctorate in biophysics from the Université du Québec à Trois-Rivières as well as a bachelor’s degree in physiology from the Université de Sherbrooke
